Installation Electrician
Due to business growth and to provide an excellent level of support to our clients, we are looking for an Installation Electrician to work alongside our existing team.
The majority of the work will see you working both independently and with other staff members across multiple Client Portfolios and Properties. You will be expected to undertake the following duties.
- Fault finding
- Surveys of existing installations and report on work required
- Electrical test and inspection
- Undertake electrical works on existing installations
- Installation of various new electrical equipment
- Undertake electrical maintenance
- Work on own initiative
- Work with other trades to support installation works.
- Undertake electrical maintenance
The role will ideally suit an installation electrician with minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in electrical contracting and the following attributes.
- Good attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of electrical distribution systems in commercial properties
- Strong communication skills with clients and other trades
- Practical experience of all aspects of Building Services and ability to troubleshoot problems with ease
- Accustomed to managing projects and capable of delivering works on time and to programme
- Identify opportunities to improve installations
- Comfortable working both independently and within a small team
Qualifications
In addition to the above, the following experience is desirable:
- A good understanding of electrical installations in commercial buildings
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or C&G level 3.
- City and Guilds 2382 (18th Edition)
- CSCS/ECS card
- Driving Licence
Commercial Pipe Fitter/Plumber
Due to business growth and to provide an excellent level of support to our clients, we are looking for a Commercial Pipe Fitter/ Plumber to work alongside our existing team.
The majority of the work will see you working both independently and with other staff members across multiple Client Portfolios and Properties. You will be expected to undertake the following duties.
- Fault finding
- Surveys of existing pipework installations and reporting on any remedial work required
- Undertake plumbing and pipe fitting works on existing installations
- Undertake installation of new equipment
- Undertake maintenance on existing systems
- Work on own initiative
- Work with other trades to support installation works.
The role will ideally suit either a commercial pipe fitter/ plumber with 5+ year’s experience. You will be expected to have the following attributes.
- Good attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of building services installations in commercial properties
- Strong communication skills with clients and other trades
- Practical experience of all aspects of Building Services and ability to troubleshoot problems
- Accustomed to managing projects and capable of delivering works on time and to programme
- Identify opportunities to improve installations
- Comfortable working both independently and within a small team
- Ability to weld; although not essential
- Gas Safe Registered; although not essential
Qualifications
In addition to the above, the following experience is desirable:
- A good understanding of building services installations in all types of commercial buildings.
- Plumber NVQ Level 2 or 3
- CSCS card
- Driving Licence
Air Conditioning Engineer
Due to business growth and to provide an excellent level of support to our clients, we are looking for a Air Conditioning Engineer to work alongside our existing team.
The majority of the work will see you working both independently and with other staff members across multiple Client Portfolios and Properties. You will be expected to undertake the following duties:
- Responsibility for AC and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive projects of various size, across multiple sectors
- Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks
- To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota
- To undertake new installations, major and minor repair works to clients’ AC systems
- Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant including basic electrical fault finding
- To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met. Issue of Permits to Work
- Able to be technically confident and be familiar with all types of air conditioning systems
Qualifications
In addition to the above, the following experience is desirable:
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and FGAS 2079.
- Plus have 5 years+ experience working as a qualified AC Engineer.
- Full driving licence required.
- Be technically confident and familiar with all types of air conditioning systems including, splits, VRV’s and have good knowledge of air handling systems.
- IPAF or PASMA are desirable

Our work is mainly in central London and the surrounding counties. You can expect to be part of enthusiastic team delivering projects in commercial offices, hospitals, government buildings, leisure centres, schools, hotels, factories etc.
You will receive:
- Competitive Salary – £40,000-50,000 per annum – dependent on experience
- Company supplied van with a fuel card
- Annual leave of 28 days per year (inclusive of Statutory Holidays)

- Training – appropriate to trade
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday, our working hours are 8am-4pm on site.
Location
- Your assignments will be based off-site in Central London and the South East.
- You will be required to travel to our head offices in Sidcup.
