Air Conditioning Units Installation

As an M&E Contractor, our HVAC services were required for a large-scale project to three commercial retail units in Lower Marsh Street, Lambeth. We supplied and installed Air Conditioning Units, Fresh Air (Heat Recovery) Units, Toilet Ventilation, along with associated Mechanical Services to each retail unit. Once the works were complete, the retail units are expected to be rented.

Client – CSK Building Ltd

Contract Duration – 1-2 months (During normal working hours)

Air Conditioning Units Supplied with Daikin Condenser Units

The works requested in the brief were similar for each of the three retail units. Highlights of services completed included, installation of…

• 3no Daikin Air Conditioning Systems to the new Retail Units, including 2no Daikin Mini VRV Units and 1no Daikin Mult split Unit
• Exposed Daikin Fan Coil Units, 2 Per Retail Unit
• Daikin VAM Heat Recovery Ventilation Units to each Retail Unit to provide filtered fresh air to the new spaces & Air Conditioning Units
• Exposed & insulated bespoke Ductwork System to distribute air conditioning and filtered fresh air where required within the retail spaces

Commissioning Services

• Full Commissioning of the Air Conditioning Systems and Air Balancing to satisfy the requirements of the specification
• O&M’s and Commissioning Data were provided to the Client for Future reference/ Maintenance Purposes

Lastly, all three Retail Units were left clean and tidy and all redundant items upon completion of our work, were disposed of at a licensed refuse/recycling facility.

Results

IDWe Ltd completed the Air Conditioning Units and Ventilation installation for the each of the three units. The works were carried out within the time frame required and to a high standard.
