Electrical Shed Rebuilt
Client – Crook Log Leisure Centre
Location – Bexleyheath, DA7
Contract Duration – 2-3 days
Services Supplied –
Our building services team were called to look at an electrical shed which stood on the roof of Crook Log Leisure Centre, that housed their electrical equipment. We assessed the damage, and the shed had been worn by the weather and needed to be rebuilt.
Highlights of the Services Completed Included –
To rebuild the shed, we removed the existing worn roof and disposed of it. We then re-boarded the roof to strengthen it and installed a new fibreglass roof and gel coated the new roof timbers.
Next, we inspected the sides of the shed, the old windows needed to be boarded up to allow us to reclad all the sides with timber and door, plus fitted a new secure lock.
We ensured all redundant items on completion of our work were disposed of at a licensed refuse/recycling facility.
Result –
We attend the site during normal working hours and ensured there was no disruption to services. The shed was rebuilt to a high standard and will last for many years to come.
