To replace the motor bearings on the roof extract fan

Highlights of Services Completed Included –

Firstly, we isolated the electrical supply to the extract fan unit and locked off the supply. Removed all covers and drive belts.

Our skilled engineer then stripped the motor down in place and replaced both the drive end and the non-drive end bearings.

We then reassembled the motor pulleys and drive belts then replaced all the covers.

Lastly, we reinstated the power supply.

Result –

The roof extract fan was tested to ensure it was fully operational.

The site was left clean and tidy with all redundant parts being disposed of at a licensed refuse/recycling facility.

The client was happy the work was completed quickly and efficiently.
